This small island just south of St. George is a haven for fishing. You
get to the island by riding the hourly ferry from L'Etete at the mainland.

bay.
The island is a showcase of colorful
boats of different sizes and shapes.
At Deer Island Point Park, birds feast
on mudfish and other delicacies caught on whirlpool as the tide lowers.
Take the ferry at Letete. The ride is
free and the view is priceless.

setting sun.
Drive further south to Deer Island Point and you can
take another ferry to Campobello Island.
