Montreal Stop-over

From Toronto to the Laurentians, it's just natural to make a stop-over in Montreal. This city is just full of things to see and experience. One of the most delightful experiences is to simply observe and experience its architecture. Walk downtown or to the riverside port or atop Mont Royal.

The statues lined up at the top of the Marie Reine Du Monde cathedral, a church which is a one-third scale replica of St. Peter's Cathedral in Rome.

At dusk, the top of the  Notre Dame De Bonsecours chruch creates an interesting silhouette.

The skyline as observed from the chalet at the top of Mont Royal.

An exhibition of the famous book "Earth From Above" at Place Montreal Trust.

St. James United Church is an icon on Rue Ste. Catherine.

A nightshot of the Marché Bonsecours, a 19th century building now used as a shopping complex

Dusk at the Old Port's clock tower , which overlooks the Jacques Cartier bridge and the La Ronde amusement complex on the St. Lawrence River.

Pillars graze the old buildings.
