A Family Reunion
Three of our kids, Raisa, Rachenne, and Kierscey,
flew with us for nearly 22 hours to the other side of the globe to the warmth of
Sydney, Australia. There we enjoyed the company of family as well as savored
fantastic views of beaches, coasts, mountains, and an energetic metropolis.
Ramon's brother, Bob, his wife Jette, and
their kids, Rainier, James, and Jaron live just 30 minutes west of Sydney.
Ramon's uncle, Dioni, and his wife, Marisa, live in Sydney. At the time that we
arrived, Ramon's parents, Javier and Rosita, were on the very last week of
a five-month stay at Bob's place. It was an incredible reunion!
Welcome, Canucks!

At Dioni and Marisa's Place
We stayed most of the time at Dioni
and Marisa's charming house in Randwick, just 10 minutes south of
downtown Sydney. There we were pampered with Marisa's fine savory
cuisine and were given the grand tour of Sydney by our enthusiastic
hosts.
During a couple of occasions, the other
Australian Regozos visited Randwick to enjoy food, stories, singing, and
have photo shoots.
To go places and move about, we also
drove Dioni's trusty Saab - on the left side of the road, of course,
which is an adventure of its own.

Goodbye, New Yorkers
Before long, it was time for Javier and
Rosita to go back to the Sydney airport and fly back to New York.

Cousins on the Loose
For a few days, Raisa, Rachenne,
and Kierscey slept at their cousins' house in Blacktown, which is 30
minutes west of Sydney. This gave the Canadian and Sydney-sider kids an
opportunity to do a few things together, such as a visit to the
Australian Wildlife.
Kierscey, Rachenne, and Raisa
also had an opportunity to sing Ramon's original gospel song,
"Feed My Lambs", a capella when they went to their cousins'
worship service.

All Good Things Come To An
End
After two weeks of fun
and enjoyment, it's back to the airport for the long trip back to good
old T.O.

Hello, Toronto
Raegen, who had been taking
care of the affairs back home, greeted the returning party in the
dreaded, cold Toronto airport.
